Let's break down the different components of SAP Business ByDesign and Navigator ERP pricing.
Implementation

SAP Business ByDesign implementation projects can take anywhere from 16 to 24 weeks for an average go-live.

Our implementation process is divided into 5 main phases that leads to a Go-live in an average of 18 weeks– these steps are Prepare, Fine-Tune, Test, Go-Live, and Post Go-Live.

Implementation prices can range anywhere from $100,000 to $124,000 for a standard industry package. Customized enterprise packages will depend on the scope of the project. The cost per user subscription is $16 to $192 per month depending on access level. 

Software License
  • Advanced User - The Advanced User Type does include all available Work Centers, including all Work Centers of
    a Core and Self-Service user. This user is necessary for Key users and Administrators roles to be able to access Business Configuration, Application and User Management but also for Business Analytics, Service Control Center and PDI access. Beside this, it includes all Work Centers which are necessary to operate a daily work in
    the system.
  • Core User - A Core User Type can fulfill daily business tasks all over. Starting from master data creation to proceeding all covered Business Process Procedures steps. Besides this, all approval tasks, independent in which application area, can be processed by a Core User. It includes all Work Centers of the Self-Service User.
  • Self-Service User - A Self-Service user is the leanest version of the provided user types. It allows accessing SAP
    Business ByDesign, using the offered Self-Service transactions on the Home UI and is enabled for some
    execution tasks and time recording capabilities.
