Can we expand after go-live?

SAP GROW Fast is designed to get customers live quickly with a tightly defined first wave, then expand in planned follow-on waves. The initial deployment establishes the core cloud ERP foundation; after go-live, customers can work with their SAP Partner on additional waves, add entities, countries, processes, integrations, analytics, and other enhancements in a controlled roadmap.
One important qualifier: some foundational decisions in Wave 1, such as country scope, ledger setup, and certain initial-activation items, need to be chosen carefully because they affect how easily the solution expands later.
